Freedom Cafe Membership Terms and Conditions

The undersigned individual (the Member), hereby indicates their desire to become a member of
Freedom Cafe, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this membership agreement.

Freedom Cafe is free to unilaterally change the membership terms and conditions without giving
further notice to the individual member. Freedom Cafe will announce any changes to the
membership terms and conditions via email to current members only. Such changes will, unless
otherwise stated, take immediate effect. Freedom Cafe will publish changes to the terms and
conditions on its website. However, members are responsible for keeping themselves updated
in relation to any changes to the terms and conditions.


Member agrees to pay recurring monthly charges. These charges must be paid via a pre-
authorized credit card. Membership Fees will be debited from the members account on or
around their subscription date each month, for the minimum one (1) month term from the term
start date.

Members are required to keep their account in funds to meet these payments. In the event of
the failure to pay the monthly membership fee, missed payments will be re-submitted for
payment by Freedom Cafe. If Freedom Cafe incurs any Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) charges or
other penalties, the member will incur a charge of $50 to cover all costs. Freedom Cafe
reserves the right to cancel membership if payment is not received. Once membership has been
cancelled, guest will be subject to Pay-Per-Use rates for any future bookings.


Members can cancel their agreement and stop payments at any time, by contacting Freedom
Cafe in writing. Notice of cancellation must be received by Freedom Cafe at least 2 business
days prior to the account’s monthly auto-renewal date.

Members will not be reimbursed for the remaining term of their monthly membership and are still
responsible for any unpaid or scheduled use of a Freedom Cafe facility. If a guest uses
Freedom Cafe after cancelling their membership, guest will only be eligible for Pay-per-use
rates. Any reservations made by a member for the use of Freedom Cafe’s facilities that are
scheduled for after their membership lapses will be subject to Pay-Per-Use rates, regardless of
what may have been quoted.

Membership is non transferable.

Included Hours

Each membership includes free hours of cafe space:
● Four (4) hours of cafe table time
● One (1) hour of meeting room time
Free hours used will be noted on customer’s receipt and will be tracked by Freedom Cafe staff.
These hours reset each month on your renewal date. Any unused hours will not be carried over
to the next month and are non-transferable.

Member of the Month

Freedom Cafe celebrates and promotes its members by selecting a “Member of the Month.”

The selection of each “Member of the Month” is random, with the exception that the previous
month’s business type will be eliminated from the draw. Members are only eligible to be
“Member of the Month” once in a 12-month period.

Member of the Month is selected on or about the 15th of the preceding month. Members
reserve the right to opt-out of the Freedom Cafe’s “Member of the Month” promotion.

Members grant Freedom Cafe the right to use their business’s name and logo on the Freedom
Cafe website and on related marketing materials, solely to indicate and promote your Freedom
Cafe membership.

Members hereby also agree to abide by the other terms and conditions.
